Hair treatment in Lisbon
Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from your own blood and applied to the scalp, to stimulate the follicles and help your hair regain strength and density.
Platelet-rich plasma
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) concentrates the growth factors present in your blood. Applied to the scalp, it helps stimulate the follicles and improve circulation, with no synthetic substances. The procedure is performed by a doctor and has three steps:
A small blood sample, similar to a routine blood test.
The sample is centrifuged to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
The PRP is applied to the scalp with very fine micro-injections in the areas being treated.
You start with the Hair Assessment & Trichoscopy: €60, deducted from your pack.
We set the number of sessions and the actives suited to your case.
About 60 minutes per session, performed by a doctor. You can return to your routine the same day.
A follow-up visit with comparative trichoscopy to track your progress.
Before starting, we carry out the Hair Assessment & Trichoscopy (€60). If you go ahead with a pack, this amount is deducted.

Why The Scalp Labs
No surgical agenda: PRP is a primary treatment here, not an add-on to a transplant.
It is a treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma from your own blood. This plasma concentrates growth factors which, applied to the scalp, help stimulate the follicles.
The blood collection is like a normal blood test. The micro-injections in the scalp cause mild, brief discomfort, and we use techniques to keep it to a minimum.
PRP is prepared from your own blood, which reduces the risk of allergic reactions. The procedure is performed by a doctor, with sterile, single-use equipment.
We usually recommend between 4 and 6 sessions. The interval and the right number for your case are defined at your hair assessment.
Change is gradual, because hair grows slowly. Many people first notice less shedding, then more density over the months. We track your progress with comparative trichoscopy.
No. Your scalp may feel sensitive or slightly red for a few hours, but you can return to your routine the same day. We give you aftercare advice for the following days.
Yes. PRP can be part of a plan with other treatments, such as scalp microneedling. At your assessment we recommend the best combination for you.
It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active scalp infection, with some blood disorders or with anticoagulant medication. We check all of this before starting.
Each session costs €200. The pack of 3 sessions costs €540 and the pack of 6 sessions costs €960.
We are in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. We are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Bookings are made via WhatsApp.
